Solitude

Solitude that Is Healthy

Choosing Solitude is not Choosing Loneliness…there’s a difference. Solitude Solitude is not the most revered word that announces triumph in the materialistic standards of our world. Solitude would read as being alone, but the seer speaks to differ that it is not merely being alone; it’s about being present with yourself. The philosophies of the seer are not for everyday, normal kinds. He would further his speech to say that it is a conscious, deliberate state of withdrawal from the noise of the world to connect with the voice within. Now, motivational speakers say we need to be more extroverted, so choosing solitude can feel like a rebellious act. Our times prize extroversion. So what’s with solitude that we will seek? It is in this quiet space that the magic of clarity happens. Like a car has a workshop where it’s built, and a garage where it is repaired. Nature has also built for us a personal workshop that we can step into for the mind and soul, and it’s to go within, thus solitude. Chosen solitude is not a space; it is a state of fullness. It is not the absence of others, but the conscious, deliberate choice, and a joyful presence of someone, that is oneself. It is a curated space where the noise of the world recedes, an inner symphony, your own, created or inbuilt and unheard by you. This solitude is now a temple and, not a prison, if it were otherwise loneliness. There is a difference between loneliness and solitude. And let your state be one of solitude. Your life in the age of modernity and urban style, with traits of pace, change, and notifications, has erased the inner sway of knowing your own abilities and resilience. Silence is good; we were never conditioned to try. We mistook being quiet for a state of emptiness. But what I did not know was that this quiet is not empty at all. This was a medium through my life to move into dimensions that I had never tread. And I had it all as unknown. Choosing solitude can be an act of self-understanding and search. My mind was like a theatre where many a movie had played, thus I held not to even one, to say it speaks for me. For that, I need to let the movie play slowly so that I can understand the scenes and it’s playing for me. Now solitude teaches me that no masks are required, for colleagues, family and friends. I need not perform; this is life, not a scripted stage. So shun that social script. The script of your life is written, but all in secret codes, revealed with every living breath of yours. You can never be the best actor when the play is real, and not a stage or reel. Find solitude as your highest companion, that was and will be the only one till the last beat of your heart synchronised with your breath, when on earth. This moment with oneself can be unsettling and novel at first, like a sudden stop, the noise and chaos of your own body that seemed like a running train engine earlier is now a place of a still boat in the deep sea, just being caressed by the mighty waves, and being felt like a mother rocking her baby in her arms. That’s the state that the seer had advised to be, and called solitude. That’s Me Find your authentic self. What I was earlier was a curated being, moulded to please and adjust to those around me. A socially shaped profile was what I was sketching, erasing and re-sketching of myself. In solitude, the one within me is raw, unedited, and infinitely complex, still so sweet and named as nectar within. The thinking now is honest, what was my trait, and when my senses were placed in my order of being by my Creator. It’s like a reboot of me has happened. The process of joy and sorrow seemed like being the luggage in the last bogey of my life train. My engine now reads “Who am I, truly?” I had a first-of-a-kind, self-encounter. Nature has it built in us all. Then great things happen, which were followed. Einstein’s thought experiments, Beethoven’s compositions despite his deafness, the profound meditations of the Buddha — all required a withdrawal from the collective hum to tap into a deeper, more universal frequency. The universe has music; we don’t have the ears to hear it. Solitude is a womb, from which births originate. Let the pressure and chaos not consume you. Like modern devices need to be charged electrically, so that they can perform according to their purpose and design. Solitude can be your moment of charging to clarify your purpose and design, and not a mere journey on earth as a human being. Connect the dots to solve the equations of our life. There’s a genius in you, waiting for that spark to ignite. Solitude, what will you gain It’s your training ground. Your eternal dependence will overpower your external validation. Opinions and others’ attention do not matter now. You build a fortress for yourself, you’re drawing water from your own well. Setbacks of life, rejection, failure, and loss are all weathered to come and go, when we say we are living a life, but there is a challenge within you that is nurtured to be called resilience and an inner strength. Solitude teaches that there is a complete universe unto itself. Mistake this not as arrogance; it is the quiet, unshakeable confidence that comes from being intimately acquainted with one’s own soul. Finding your dialogue with your soul in solitude. Solitude is not self-confinement or dissuading oneself from the world; in fact, it teaches one to relate to people from a place of inner fullness. The relation with people is now generous, purer, and less transactional or materialistic. There’s a me that hears deeply, loves more freely, and deals more

Deja Vu

“What’s Deja Vu: Ever Felt Like This Happened Before?

Have you ever walked into a moment, a conversation, a hardship, even into a joy, and felt to tell thyself “I’ve been here before” It’s Deja Vu… Is Deja vu in itself a reality? There’s a feeling that you are not here in these moments for the first time. Are you a human, living here today for the first time? In faiths that believe in reincarnation, deja vu is often seen as a glimpse into past lives. As the belief that the soul travels to a new life after the earlier life ceases to exist, an experience today might seem for the person that it had encountered sometime before (maybe in a previous life). It’s as if, across the journey of many lives, certain emotions, places, and people leave their imprints on the soul, and these imprints resurface, reminding us that we are eternal travellers between lives… Just as their existence moves in a circle and not a line, the moments they experienced earlier live again for them in a circle, aka Deja vu. Earth in its process is Deja vu. You had spring and summer; again, there is a spring and summer. Like in the rotation of time. You hear the sounds of birds, and it reminds you that the same sound you’ve heard in the past, making you feel it isn’t a new sound; you’ve heard it, thus lived it before. The same goes for clouds in the sky and the rain. They all transport you to memories from the past, making you feel they aren’t new you’ve lived it all before. Nothing in Nature that is happening now is happening for the first time; it’s all occurred many times before. Does Nature show us that Deja vu is a reality? In Life, Nothing Is Truly New … When you face heartbreak, disappointment, fear, or confusion, it feels overwhelming and hurtful. But pause. Breathe. Jog your inner memory. You have faced loss before. You have felt fear before. It’s just that in this play called life, the situations and the actors that have caused you discomfort have changed, but the core emotions remain the same. Here, feel not saddened, rather evoke a feeling of Deja Vu, reminding yourself… You’ve walked through this fire before, and you will walk through it again…stronger You’re living moments are cyclical in nature, and thus a feeling of Deja Vu. Also, they call a person who has faced and outlived moments of happiness and sorrow in one’s life is known as a person with experience. Experience attained living moments multiple times is Deja Vu in disguise. “Familiar Strangers: A Parallel World Deja Vu.” Sci-fi beliefs have made it stranger to ascertain. They say the feeling of Deja Vu is real, as there is a parallel world existing that has us living our Earth moments there, thus we have an experience on Earth of what we have already lived there. All these parallel worlds are made of sci-fi tales, I cannot know much lest I reach there to read this same article that I’ve already written there and check my claps and comments, so I comment here to ascertain its existence. Echoes Of Existence Rather Eternal Recurrence… Deja vu reminds us that we are part of something larger than ourselves. These moments are a ripple in the eternal current, a whisper from the unseen dimensions of lived experiences on Earth. Experiences of people who have lived before us and live not today with us. No moment is entirely our own. Our existence is not the first but a continuation of what had already existed before we smelled Earth. There were countless lives, countless dreams, countless longings, ours is not the first. The path you walk now was already journeyed before. Not exactly, not identically, but essentially. Our lives our just echoes of life that have lived before us. The ones who lived before you are not all in existence today, but the soils and the rivers and all the threads of the Earth hold them all in their memory as they will of you when you’re gone from Earth. There is a revelation that there is no moment that is new, neither our fears, nor our achievements, nor loneliness. Others have borne them. Others have survived them. Breathe in a state of meditativeness and combine with life and hear her telling you… You are not alone Ancient mystics and thinkers have spoken of something vast though unseen, of which you will relate from above, it’s called… Anima Mundi — The World Soul Anima mundi, meaning “World Soul” in Latin, refers to the idea that the universe is connected by a single, unifying soul or vital force. This concept, found in ancient philosophical and religious systems, suggests that the world, like a human body, has an animating spirit that permeates and connects all living things. The World is one big soul, and we human souls are interconnected and held by that ‘One Soul’ If the World is “One Soul” is real, then its effects are all around us, not as sudden miracles, but as subtle currents shaping our existence. There’s an invisible hand maybe who lived in the ancient that steady us when we falter. Here where we stand, somebody’s already stood. Is my soul an extension of a soul that is ancient. It is if we believe the Cosmos is one big soul. Why do certain person’s like writing, a few like sports, and a few love philosophy and more. These souls are all connected, so Plato smiles in Cosmos over my limited knowledge of philosophy. But me and those interested in philosophy are all even today connected with Plato and more. Why if the best Doctor in the world, the best Writer, the highest Saint each die, the world doesn’t stop as nothing is dead or extinct, they all still breathe in the Cosmos and lend their extensions and wisdom to the living souls. There is a language of the souls. Treat all life, plant,
